We now sell Audience ONLY. We are adept at showing Advertisers how we can reach their targeted demos and audiences utilizing our mediums. We now know and understand the demographics and audiences each of our product offerings reaches through extensive readership research in partnership with numerous industry data, demo and consultancy firms.

Objective
To Completely Eliminate Company Leased Distribution Centers to Transition to No-Cost Outdoor Drop Points.
Strategy
Leverage our relationships with local businesses & advertisers in order to utilize their parking lots, garages, and outdoor spaces for nightside independent contractor distribution purposes to effectively eliminate our lease expenses in full.
Eliminated all of our distribution centers and coinciding leases (including utilities, insurance, security, etc) and transitioned the distribution ops to five "no-cost" outdoor drop points.
Results
ELIMINATED $377,000 in lease expenses per annum (recurring savings) allowing us to take a portion of those savings and reinvest into carrier prospecting/retention, route optimization, new trucks and employee field staff.
