With more than 40 years in media, she leads the customer service, subscription sales, and retention teams which work across multiple markets to assist print and digital subscribers while meeting print revenue and volume targets. A past President of the Inter-State Circulation Managers’ Association and graduate of Leadership Somerset, Susan is married to her husband, Dave, and lives in the Poconos. In her spare time, she loves to cook and entertain friends and her extended family at every opportunity.
