Frank Vega

Frank Vega is a seasoned entrepreneur, angel investor and published author. He has founded and developed businesses in advertising, healthcare, direct marketing, green certification, mobile refueling, home automation, digital marketing and most recently utility scale battery installation. Newspaper Subscription Services (NSS) was founded in 2001 and has facilitated over two million new subscriptions and consumer transactions for the publishing industry.

An extremely active member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO), Frank is serving on the local board and was president of the Houston Chapter. His entrepreneurial journey started as a paperboy in Florida — and he recently sold a business to Shell. Vega has worked for himself since 1998, operating out of Houston for the past 18 years and spending the first two years of his career with the Detroit Pistons and San Francisco Giants sports organizations.

Outside of work, Frank is married, a devoted father of four boys aged 3 to 16, an accomplished world traveler, mid-tier tennis player, and semi-retired golfer. He is a graduate of the University of Florida’s business school and recently received a professional training and facilitation certification from his beloved EO.

Tyler Pisani is the Director of Audience & Consumer Marketing at The Spokesman-Review. Prior to this role, he was the Digital Retention Manager for Advance Local, after years working with Pat Leader as the Digital Engagement Manager for The Spokesman-Review. In 2021, Tyler was named to Editor & Publisher’s 35 under 35 list. Tyler’s experience includes time in radio, local TV, and sports management.
